By accessing the Gotabgaa Australia website, registering, booking an event, enrolling in welfare, or submitting an expression of interest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Community purpose
This website provides information about Gotabgaa Australia and tools for members and applicants. Content is for community awareness and administration and may change without notice.
Membership and accounts
Membership applications are subject to review and approval. A membership ID and login (email and password) may be issued after approval. You must keep your login details confidential and tell us if you believe they have been misused. We may suspend or close an account for inaccurate information, unpaid fees where required, or conduct that harms the association or other members.
Fees and payments
Where a fee applies (membership, events, or welfare), you are responsible for paying by PayID or bank transfer using the unique reference we provide. Marking a record as paid is done by authorised administrators after the association confirms the deposit. Card checkout is not currently offered on this site.
Social welfare
Welfare enrolment and reimbursements are a community mutual-aid programme, not an insurance product and not a guaranteed entitlement. Eligibility, packages, and decisions follow the welfare committee’s published rules. You must provide accurate information. Sensitive welfare details are handled confidentially by authorised volunteers.
Leadership expressions of interest
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee appointment. Applications are assessed by authorised leadership. Deadlines and outcomes are communicated through the process described on the application page.
Nominations and elections
Nomination and election portals open only when leadership announces a vote and publishes a link. Until then, no nomination or voting portal is available on this site.
Use of content
Text, images, and branding on this site belong to Gotabgaa Australia or are used with permission. You may not reproduce materials for commercial use without written consent. Photos from community events may appear in the gallery and members area.
Contact and other submissions
When you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate information and to communicate respectfully. We may use your submission to respond and for related community administration, as described in our Privacy Policy.
